Privacy Policy

How information submitted through the JPI website is handled.

Website privacy

Justice Project International should collect only the personal information reasonably required to respond to enquiries, administer programmes, manage partnerships and carry out its legitimate activities.

Information submitted by visitors

The replacement static website does not store contact-form submissions on the web server. Forms prepare an email in the visitor's own email application. If the developer later connects a form-processing service, this policy must be updated to identify how and where submissions are processed and retained.

Cookies and analytics

This package sets no non-essential cookies and includes no analytics or advertising trackers. If analytics, embedded media or marketing tools are later added, the privacy information and any required cookie controls should be updated before deployment.

Data sharing

Personal information should not be sold. Information may be shared with appropriate partners or professional organisations only where necessary, lawful and consistent with the purpose for which it was provided.

Contact

Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@justiceprojectinternational.org.

Operational note: JPI should insert its full legal entity details and any required data-protection registration information before collecting personal data at scale.
